Bio:

What do you get when you combine a native's understanding of Boulder with an expert's knowledge of real estate?  Betsy Messerschmidt.  The daughter of a prominent local architect, a Boulder High graduate and long-time Boulder resident, Betsy draws on a rare familiarity with the area and a diverse history in the industry to help her clients succeed in this market.

Consider her credentials.  Betsy received a BA from Macalester College, St. Paul, MN before working for a Boulder law firm focused on real estate law.  After approximately eight years there, she left to pursue a career in real estate, gaining valuable experience in construction and land development and earning her Real Estate License in 1994.  Prior to joining Wright Kingdom in 2000, Betsy sold new construction and was affiliated with several of Boulder's leading real estate companies, including Coldwell Banker Moore and Company, where she won the Quarterly Best Award in 1999 and was named to their Sterling Society.  Betsy received a Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation in 1997, became an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) in 1998 and has served on the Board of Zoning Adjustment in the City of Broomfield.  She specializes in listing and selling both residential and income properties in Boulder and surrounding counties.

On a personal note, Betsy is an avid runner and enjoys traveling, entertaining, playing bridge, golfing, biking and shopping at Nordstrom.  She and her husband, Dan, live in Broomfield.
